<h3>Minimum qualifications:</h3><ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Construction Management, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.</li> <li>8 years of experience in design, development, and construction projects for data centers or mission critical industries.</li> <li>5 years of experience in a leadership role.</li> </ul><h3>Preferred qualifications:</h3><ul> <li>8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.</li> <li>8 years of experience with data center construction for equipment/environments, including electrical switchgear, generators, chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, controls, security monitoring systems and fire safety systems, and experience with start up/commissioning processes.</li> </ul><h3>About the job</h3><p>A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines. </p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul> <li>Manage data center projects from inception through to completion.</li> <li>Support special research and development experiments, renovations, and upgrades of existing facility.</li> <li>Be responsible for gathering internal requirements and delivering solutions that satisfy customer needs.</li> <li>Maintain responsibility from construction to deployment.</li> <li>Resolve highly critical issues within organization while maintaining adherence to project timelines and costs.</li> </ul>
